  I very reluctantly offer a warning about this neighborhood store, which I've enthusiastically patronized for over 15 years. After failing to stand behind two repairs - both to power equipment I purchased at that very store - overcharging on a carpet cleaner rental, and selling below grade perennials at their outdoor garden store, I've concluded they must be in financial trouble. Their formerly decent customer concern is now gone. As much as I believe in supporting small and local businesses, I'm now headed to a big box store to purchase a leaf vacuum and to replace my chain saw. Next spring, I'll purchase my new lawn mower elsewhere and likewise get my repair services farther away from home. I greatly regret this conclusion, but it's clear this neighborhood business no longer works to support its neighbors.
