  We have been shopping for a mattress for the last month and coming up with mixed results and no decisions. We decided to check out the sleep express on a whim and we actually found one! The salesman, Josh, was just what we needed to finally make a decision. He wasn't pushy, he was laid back and very informative. He knew his stuff and gave us some air to breath while we were perusing the goods. After all the showrooms and businesses we have been in the last month, Josh proved to be the best salesman that we have come across. Kudos.

  Got a big 84" TV console for my new home. David G was very nice and reassured me that I picked out a good one that's solid wood and can bear the weight of a big TV and all the devices I have compared to the cheap particle board ones you'd find at other stores. He was very quick in having me try leather couches I needed for my new home, but store was closing that day before I could find one and decide. I'm very short and I didn't want a couch that you'd sink in or have my legs dangling in the air while seated, so it's hard to find a quality couch that fits. Went back to Dock86 next door a few days later and tried a few more and Michelle D came over to help me, even when I told her that I had started working with David next door, she still took her time to take care of me and offered a lot of expert advice, which I really appreciated. I decided on a piece HOM offers and explained to David that Michelle took care of me while he was off, he was very nice and professional and agreed to split the commission with her. For those who don't know, as I found out with this shopping experience: this chain of stores - Dock86, HOM, Gabberts, etc. have the same owner and some sales people work in more one of them; they are commission-based. It's nice you can wonder from one store into the next without having to go outside, especially in MN winter weather! The 2 TV console delivery guys were awesome (sorry I forgot your names!): they even took extra time to help me measure my stairway landing and doorway to see if those furniture pieces would make it through to the family room in the basement if I bought a second TV console and the sectional couch next year. All in all, wonderful stores with awesome staff who listen to your needs and wants and your budget! Excellent delivery service. I also got advice on color from David so the room does not look too dark. I'd recommend HOM, Dock86 and staff I worked with to any of my friends!
